Endicott Estate

Directly in downtown Dedham, this fantastic venue offers so much to its patrons. The site sits on 18 acres with various types of trees and a 25 room estate. The lawn is immaculately manicured with lush vegetation around and can hold 150 guests seated and 200 for a cocktail reception. An in season Saturday wedding costs $4,200 for a five hour event. The Tiffany Ballroom

Down the road from Dedham is this lovely ballroom located inside the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel. The entire facility has five different rooms/areas which can be utilized for weddings. The primary venue is the 7,000 square foot Tiffany Ballroom that can hold 450 seated people or 1,000 standing. They also have the newly renovated Zachariah dining room, which can hold between 50-125 people. Lastly, they have a 2,000 square foot outdoor pavilion in addition to two smaller ballrooms. Grazina Event Space

Again south from Dedham is this venue 30 minutes from Boston and Providence. They provide catering, staffing, and equipment. The venue has two different spaces that can hold up to 80 guests in total. They provide beautiful wooden chairs and a rustic interior fan. The space is completely customizable and you can see more info, but no prices, at the following link.

The Loring Greenough House

This next venue is north of Dedham. This home was built in 1760 and has hosted private events since 2008. It sits on 2 acres of well cared for lawn in Jamaica Plains. They can accommodate up to 150 guests with the indoor/outdoor setting or hold 60 guests inside. For an 8 hour weekend event with up to 150 guests, it will cost you $4,000 and $250 per hour beyond that. Here is their website and more information.

The Dane Estate

Up the road in Chestnut Hill, this venue is located on 45 wooded acres. They have an exclusive catering partnership with fresh ingredients. The exterior of the building is fantastic for photos. They offer three indoor areas and two outdoors areas. In total the outdoor portion can hold 330 people and the indoor part holds up to 200 people. Lakeview Pavillion

Down in Foxborough, this venue is right on a pond. The stunning all white interior makes for amazing photos. They have 32 foot ceilings, hardwood floors, twinkling chandeliers, and capacity for 325 guests. They have a separate cocktail lounge area, access to a private deck, and a courtyard that overlooks the lake. There is a smaller room that can hold up to 160 guests.
