Loring Greenough House
Our first venue is a national historical landmark. Originally constructed in 1760, the house has been reconstructed in 2008. The Georgian mansion sits on two acres of land in the Jamaica Plain’s neighborhood. They can accommodate between 30-150 guests and the prices for an eight hour event begin at $4,000. The Dane Estate
Up the road in Chestnut Hill is this historic event venue. It sits on 45 acres of wooded land and boasts an exclusive catering partner. The main house dates back to 1891 and is in the Richardson style of architecture. They can house 200 people for a reception indoors (in multiple rooms), another 250 outdoors, and 80 on an outdoor patio. In season Saturday events start at $6,000. Here is the link to their website.

Revent Boston
This is strictly a social event space. It is a community inspired space that is a blank canvas for you to decorate. It is centrally located in Dorchester and can handle up to 32 guests seated. Moreover, the venue will provide the catering and can do 6, 8, or 12 hour rentals. They bring chairs, tables, and AV/TV hookups. See more details at this link.

La Petite Space
Next up, west of Dorchester in Roslindale is this venue that specializes in smaller events. The space can hold up to 30 people. It includes chairs for everyone and 5 tables. Alden Castle – Longwood Venue
Northwest of town in Brookline is this venue that forms part of a chain of event venues in the Boston area. The building has a Tudor style facade and is across the street from a T stop. Commanders Mansion
Up the road in Brighton is this mansion that serves as a wedding and event venue. A Saturday rental in high season costs $10,000 for a nine hour rental with $500 for each additional hour.
